Our Story
Passione Pizza was born in Cuneo-Italy, in the heart of the Piedmontese city.
The chef Di Carlo and his family decided to start the adventure in America, bringing with them years of experience in the Italian cooking sector. After two years in Utah and months of projecting, they gave life to a foodtruck-pizzeria that preserves the tradition of the tastes of the true mediterranean diet. Food, symbol, and, ritual – something more than a mixture of water and flour seasoned with oil and tomato, and cooked in a wood oven. It is done with your hands and with all the passion for good cuisine.

The kitchen reveals the relationship we have with our land, our traditions. We brought our Italian heart to Utah, and now everything becomes more special, nothing is more obvious. Food is the simplest gift you can make.
